1) Tempo Goblet Squat (fast drop into squat, 3 seconds up)
2) Tempo Push-up (fast drop into P/U, 3 seconds up!)
3) Tempo SLDL w/DB (3 sec up, fast down)
4) Tempo Row (fast back, 3 seconds row)
5) Tempo Reaching Plank (3 sec forward, 1 sec back)
